Working knowledge of Database Management tools including Azure Data Studio and SQL Server Managament Studio (SSMS)
Perform BAU activities as directed by the PMO using Azure Data studio / SSMS
Monitor / Manage PMO database script processing and liaise with other teams as required
Monitor SQL database performance using Azure Query Insight identifying processing bottlenecks / long running queries and provide recommendations to address / resolve performance issues
Undertake production schema changes as directed by PMO development team when required
Monitor database security / Manage assignment of Azure User Accounts to appropriate Database Roles
Prepare planning / implementation / change documentation relating to PMO production database schema changes and maintenance activities
Perform 6 monthly verification testing of PMO virtual server backup and recovery plan, identifying and reporting any issues encountered to PMO
